Highcliffe Charity Players The Regent Centre Christchurch January 2003 Colourful costumes, bold scenery, a giant quacking duck along with smoke and bubble machines with minds of their own. What more can you ask fo from a family pantomine? The award winning Highcliffe Charity Players once again took to the stage with their truly magical production of Aladdin, cleverly directed by Tracey Barrington and superbly choreographed by Georgina Smith. David Parish made a wonderful debut as pantomine Widon Twanky along with Mike Young, an entertaining Wishee Washee. The band played an interesting choice of musical numbers; everything from Razzle Dazzle to the summer smash hit the Ketchup Song. Courtesy of Andy Brennan and the Bournemouth Daily Echo |
